Well folks, we are entering the last couple of months of the year. Before I get into what is happening in the future, I want to do a quick review of the past six years in my publishing journey and then let you know what is that you can expect in the future.
Six years ago many of you began reading my first book and the first book in The Darcy Legacy 1811-1812 How It All Began Part 1 on fanfiction.net. It was with gratitude I was blessed to be able to release that book in ebook format only a few short months later in January 2017. From there I went to release a book a year. 2017 until now had been a time of change and growth for me. 2017 also saw the release of The Meryton War. During that year and beyond I was learning my craft and developed a daily writing habit. I was and am grateful for the support that each and every one of you have shown through the years. It took me a year before I was ready to release 1812 How It All Began Part 2. 2019 saw the publication of The Longbourn Conundrum and Twelvetide Chaos as part of an anthology . The publication of these two books was something that I was inordinately proud of. During 2020 I Published The Happy Ending. It appears that I did not have a release in 2021 but in 2022 I released Nocturnal Truths. During 2022 my life changed a lot when my father passed away. Last year saw me taking part in the Austen Tea Party Anthology which saw the release of my first Persuasion short story called The Triumph of Anne Elliott. For those who missed The triumph of Anne Elliott, do not despair as although the anthology is no longer available, the rights have been returned to me and I will be re-releasing The Triumph of Anne Elliott sometime next year. Last year also saw the third book in The Darcy Legacy, Betrayal, released.
So what is happening in the future for me?
Big things are happening behind the scenes. Over the past month I have been working on things behind the scenes like new advertising, and getting ready to take part in markets and craft fairs.
Is there to be a release soon?
Yes, coming early next year will be a new release called Call me Fitzwilliam.
Am I working on any other projects?
Yes, I recently finished a project called The Power of Hate and I am nearing the end of the re-write of The Meryton War.
